Proposal Analysis

We will analyze and evaluate proposals your firm has written, based on the following criteria:

* Is the proposal in compliance with the customer’s solicitation requirements (if applicable)?
* Is the proposal responsive to customer’s needs?
* Are your proposal strategies and themes clearly stated?
* Is your proposal organized so the evaluators easily find what is important to them?
* Are your sections persuasive?
* Does the proposal sound like it was written by one person or by a committee?
* Is it “skimmable”, that is, easy for someone who is just skimming through it to pick out what’s important?

After our evaluation, we will prepare a short report which will include suggestions and examples of how you might rewrite certain passages to improve the quality of the proposal.
